We also carry out the warranties of your products, distributed by us, to avoid time or shipping costs to the factory.
According to our experience, many of the problems of the fusing machines are due to a lack of maintenance and cleaning, as well as the ignorance of the self-adjustment procedures offered by each model. That is why we have a standard, closed price service which covers all these actions and the issue of a maintenance certificate if necessary.
We also provide maintenance and repair services of fusion machines of other brands in order to offer a complete service to our customers. Although we will always have certain limitations when it comes to obtaining parts, we are able to solve the majority of faults.
We have qualified personnel to carry out even repairs of charging ports, batteries, chargers and base boxes.
